Fixed an exploit that allowed items to be transferred without money.
Added the ability to sell built boats and all attachments.
When selling a dino with a platform saddle, the saddle and all buildings are also sold (transferred)
Version 1 of the Dino Loot system (some carnivorous dinos will now drop coins on death) this is not configurable in this version.
Some other minor fixes.

Added coin ratio (to the other coins) to the coins description
Fixed a snapping bug in the trade stall

Small re balancing of the coin distribution to players.
