Pushed to 3.4.3.

Mostly just a few updates to job weights, which were streamlined in 3.4, and making the random names file work again.

Updated for 3.3.

Main changes are streamlining the files to reduce compatibility issues (thank you finally fixing this PDX) and dealing with the fact that bureaucrats and managers have merged for megacorps.

The Commercial Arcology once again replaces the leisure arcology due to the addition of the administrative arcology.

Fixed a minor oversight. Now the combination of Ocean Paradise + Anglers works as intended.
