* Added README.txt with settings.json explanation.
* Added 'immediate-writing' setting. Setting it to 'false' will reduce disk usage but make message delivery slightly slower.
* Now if you have RCON enabled, every 2 minutes the bot will request average update time (tick time) from the server and will display it in the bot status. Time interval can be changed via setting 'ticktime-check-interval'.
* Improved output of the 'config' bot command.
* Added 'status' bot command that allows to request server tick time immediately.
