v1.3

-Fighters will now always appear in front of Celia when hit with Vs. Dash.
-Added a half-second delay before you can start inputting directions for Vs. Dash. Now Level 9 CPU's should feel more fair.
-CPU Celias now react correctly when hit during EX Action.

v1.2

Changed the visuals for Vs. Dash. Now opponents will use their parry sprite when hit with it. In addition, when two Celias use Vs. Dash on each other, both of their portraits will appear.
Fixed negative hitstun on neutral, side, and up specials. Now Celia can KO opponents with these moves.
Down Special now puts the opponent into knockback.
Fixed made to Neutral Special are now present in Kirby's version of the move.
The foreground water effect for EX Action will no longer stack when multiple Celias use it at the same time.
Gave her the finished tag, since I don't plan to make any major changes to her and she already has all of her moves.

Fixed Vs. Dash and Power-up Inputs not working well with controllers. I also added right stick support for Vs. Dash, to help offset how it's slower to input the same direction multiple times on controller.
Celia has also been given a unique sprite for when she takes knockback in the air, and water caesar won't break when Celia's back is touching a wall.
