- infinite exploit with sewing and disinfect wounds

- DisinfectantSprays can now be combined
- DisinfectantSpray can now be refilled with DisinfectantAlcohol
- DisinfectantAlcohol can now be combined
- SewingSpools can now be disinfected
- SewingSpools can now be used to sew wounds
- AntiPestsSprays can now be combined
- SamSplint can be applied faster than improvised Splint
- SamSplint heals broken legs faster
- after broken leg is healed, you get the correct Splint back.

- Repairkits can now be combined, so you dont need to carry 3 Weaponcleaningkits with 10% anymore
- improved Weaponcleaningkit, this one can repair to pristine, but the action takes longer.
