-Changed usermessages to networked messages instead.
-You can see the reason when players leave now (Such as "Disconnect by player", "Client timed out", "Kicked from server")

-Made the disconnect function local

-Changed the SendUserMessage bullshit on all players, to umsg.Start instead. This will generate a lot less lag when players join
