fix: clarify infection in tooltips, now gives only 1 turn of disease when going over 10 (previously would give 1 turn per 10 infection)
fix(balance): Iron Heart gives temp dex when playing 0-cost cards instead of flat % block boost.

fix(ui): wording problems
fix(clarity): Beat Down is active unless it's the last card in hand.
It was too easy to make an infinite with Unceasing Top, so it goes to the discard if it's the
last card in your hand. The first attempted solution was to require another card to be played
before it triggered its reshuffle, but the wording was too confusing. This is better.
feat(card): Add Lab Journal (Prototype cards cost 0 this combat)
fix(rework): 'The Final Straw' now attacks once for each 0-cost card played instead of dealing %HP damage (which was lame).
fix: allow random reagent choice (from Leftover Specimens, etc.) to be skipped.

fix: remove prototype from card rewards when reagents are cleared (prayer wheel was allowing duplicate prototype collection)
feat(mods): Add collect support for Elementarium and Hallownest mods.
fix: make collect lists more maintainable
feat(relic): add uncommon relic Ram's Horn (Potions now stack, multiplying their effects when used)
feat(reagent): add Pure Water - only available from random generation (in base game)
feat(reagent): add Iodine - only available from random generation (in base game)
feat(reagent): add Saltpeter - only generated randomly (in base game)
fix(balance): Steel Reagent now blocks only when catalyzed. Steel and Silk block values increased.
