Added separate repeatables for strike craft and missile speed, both in Physics.

Reworked the psionic repeatable, now gives pop job output and telepath physics/society research to make playing without pop assembly less punishing.

Updated localization of trade repeatable, and fixed the Telepath buffs from Psionic ascension repeatable.

It already worked fine in 2.8 but this update will make that more obvious.
