HK22: (non-upgraded version)

* Reduced the firing sound effect on all HK22 varients

- Slightly decreased one of the missile's speed

+ Buffed the blast radius on all of the rockets slightly


Additional missile upgrade:

+ Increased the rocket speed

+ Slightly increased blast radius


HK99:

+ Slightly increased laser projectile speed

+ Slightly increased shock radius on the shock rocket

+ Decreased lock on time on the electric missile
