DLT19X "strike" rifle has been changed to vektor rifle category so it's upgraded by Temnotic Rifle building instead of gauss rifle.

Changed loc. text for all weapon upgrades so that it says which weapons are getting upgraded (base game and Xwynns Star Wars specific weapons)
