v304 Final? Reduced the amount of water flowing from the center of the map which should stop the flooding.

v0303 I finally played my map for more than just a few minutes. I noticed after a while my traffic in my industrial sections was getting pretty heavy. So I added a lot of bridges to connect the outermost islands to the ones uphill and inland of them. I upgraded some of the roads on the outer islands to allow for more traffic. Also moved the start square to a location which would enable more mod free (9 square city) options as the game progresses. I am now within a hundred nodes of the limit... I do not see how I can possibly add anything else without first deleting something. At this point it's going to come down to what's most important to include with the base map vs what to let the player draw in themselves. I will need to consider this carefully, as I was not finished yet. I want to do something else with the trains. More updates coming soon. <3

v0302 Moved the outer ring of hydroelectric dams downhill 1 block, simmed the water overnight, saw that there was still a little flooding, went down 1 more rung, simmed. No more flooding. Again.

v0301 TESTING if I'm able to add functional hydroelectric dams from inside the map editor. This is only a test and the flooding is temporary. But oh god is there flooding. so much flooding...

v0300 Added a bare minimum set of alignment roads to the outside islands. This area *should* be big enough for the biggest airports. It'll be tight but it will fit.

v0299 Adjusted some road types along the riverfronts for a cleaner terrain look. Re-drew the highways I literally just drew a few hours ago because some of them had inconsistent endpoints.

v0298 Re-gimped the height map, changed the filter on the export, widened the channels a bit, re-smoothed, and re-applied the heightmap texture. You should not notice any difference. Changed the highway entrances at the edge of the map to not conflict with the outer ring of small roads.

v0297 Moved the plane paths from the sides of the map to the diagonals of the map so as to allow the newly created corner islands air access... because that was the whole point of putting them there tbh.

v0296 saw the addition of 4 more islands in the far corners of the map. These islands are at an elevation of 50m and are completely devoid of all infrastructure... for now.
