updated for latest patch

- now works with mixu's as well as crynsos' unlocker
- adjustments to scripts and description texts

- etienne armand can unlock vows now (grail vow might still not work)
- reduced replenishment rate debuff for knights on faction trait to -12% (from -15%)
- vanilla event "greenskin incursion" will only be active for 1 turn
- adjusted supply unit rewards on higher tiers
- adjusted unit_bullet_points for marcel
- removed unused textures and entries
