--Scripted Hazard Tokens to auto-snap to their position when then are dropped on a system disc. They will also automatically change the Hazard value of the system they attach to.

known issue with Andorian Advancements: Andorian Legion is missing and Mining Consortium is doubled up. Will fix soon.
