MoreLuaPower Version 2.3.7!

- Made some internal classes public for other dll mods to use
- Added CastSlot to accessible types
- Fixed the PATH variable, unfortunately now it can only be used on the first frame of the Init() function.
- Added functions for playing cutscenes
