-Lowered NPC elemental resistance to 35%, from 75%.
-Lowered Initial NPC health from 40% to 30%, matching the player's.
-Lowered NPC health regen from 2.5% to 1.5%
-Lowered initial invincibility timer for NPCs, from 1s to 0.2s.
-Removed "Cultist Knight" and "Cultist Invader" from spawning with Cores. (Made the Baron's mission too long)

-Fixed a bug where sometimes NPCs gain another Recostruction Core after they have already used it. (Also affects crewmembers, they'll now only get 1 per mission, but will regain it after repawning)

-Changed how resistance is given, no longer gives armor, but 50% physical resistance and 90% elemental resistance.
-NPCs, no longer gives armor, but 50% physical resistance and 75% elemental resistance.
-Now contains a fix for "Memento Mori", for compatibility.

For Player:
-Health regen is now a percentage (5%) from 10hp per second.
-Max Health given is now a percentage (40%) from 40hp.

For NPCs:
-Health regen is now a percentage (2.5%) from 10hp per second.
-Max Health given is now a percentage (40%) from 40hp.

-Reconstruction core no longer gives enough armor to make you immune but can give up to 99 armor.
-Now gives 1 second of damage immunity. (Unless it's an armor-ignoring damage)
-Reduced NPC armor gained to 10 from 30.
-Doubled time that armor increase lasts, 5s -> 10s. (Not for NPCs)
-Increased revival health from 10% to 30%.
