-Axiom's Psych Up ability: Adds 5 rage per use while Adrenal Surge is active.

-Torque's Hard Target ability: Dodge bonus decreased from 30% to 10%.
-Verge's Stupor and Battle Madness abilities: Base accuracy lowered from 100% to 80%. (Gaining +8% per level as Psi Offence increases per vanilla rules.)
-Firing during the breach phase consumes 1 ammo.
-Increased Ammo Cost of modified Pin Down ability to 3.

-Terminal gets Aid Protocol reapplied to her when her GREMLIN returns at the end of each encounter. (Vanilla only applies it on mission start.)
-Prevented the modified Generator ability from triggering while Cherub is bleeding out.

-Blueblood's Deadeye ability: Can only target units.
-Cherub's Generator ability: Triggers on the start of every turn rather than the end of each encounter.
-Cherub's Phalanx breach ability: Unlimited uses per mission.

-The Team Up ability can only be used on units with an upcoming turn in the current round.
-Removed the 'can only shoot once per turn' limit to Cherub's Shoot to Wound perk, to avoid conflicts with the Hair Trigger weapon mod.
-Further decreased the Mach Weave dodge bonus from 25% to 20%.

-Claymore's Shrapnel Bomb ability gets a 75% chance of restocking a charge at the end of an encounter.
-Claymore's Sticky Grenade ability is limited to 1 charge, but has a 50% chance of restocking a charge at the end of an encounter. Cooldown decreased from 3 turns to 1 turn.
-Ability description changes no longer appear if you have an ability-changing option disabled.

-Shelter now starts with the Overclock ability by default.
-Shrike Hitman radial overwatch buff lowered from 5 to 4 tiles.
-Restored the base damage of Chaining Jolt to a flat 4. (Had trouble getting the damage tweak working with the new, less invasive template editing logic.)
-Refactored code for better compatibility.

-Terminal's Pin Down ability: Cooldown decreased from 3 turns to 1 turn. Ammo cost increased from 1 to 2.
-Radial Overwatch range increased from 3.5 tiles to 5 tiles for Shrike Hitmen.
-Removed the shotgun nerf that gave them -1 to piercing. Config lines are still there if you want to re-enable it.
-Mach Weave dodge bonus decreased from 50% to 25%.
-Exposed a config option for making utility items no longer a free action.

-Reverted the cooldown increase to Cherub's Kinetic Armor, but the effect is now removed at the beginning of Cherub's next turn. Removed the 'accrue charge on cast' effect.
-Cherub's starts with the Shoot to Wound passive, which makes any finishing blows from his pistol render the target Unconscious. It also allows him to shoot as a first action without ending the turn, though he is still limited to one shot per turn.
