Updated Soviet Armed Forces mod!

Equipment fixed according to the updated Soviet Armed Forces mod:

-Added several colors of the "GORKA" uniform.
-Added various options for panama "AFGANKA".
-Added RD 54 with sleeping bag.

Updated equipment kit and bk squad GRU.
