Update

1.Added more GDI portraits:
- Zone Captain from C&C4.
- GDI Rifleman and Heavytrooper from the cancelled Tiberium game.

2.Adjusted some of the Zone Trooper portrait sizes and color.

You can find these portraits in the Generals leader portrait selection.

- Added a Chinese localisation file (l_simp_chinese).
- It's not perfect, but I did my best to translate.
