Reset button properly reopens the shop after reset is complete.
Manual spawn code field is still available, even with dynamic listing enabled, just in case the dynamic listing is missing entries.

The additional skins that WC keep adding to the shop, they will now be hidden when using "Include Default HexagonShop Items" is False.

If using UseDynamicItemListing=True the generated item list is cached, so the long load time will only happen once per client session.

Added a toggle button to inventory screen. Only visible when HLNA is in compact mode.
