+ Added Diet Sausage:
* Enemies and players have a chance to drop some when they are killed!
* Enemies drop 15-20% Diet Sausage!
* Players drop all their Diet Sausage if they have any!
* Eating Diet Sausage replenishes health by 5% and reduces your drunken state!
* The chance of a Diet Sausage drop can be controlled for both players and NPCs with: stalker_sausage_drop_chance_npc and stalker_sausage_drop_chance_player!
* Be quick to react, as a dropped Diet Sausage will dissapear in 60 seconds!

+ Added a console command (stalker_togglevodka) to toggle the vodka feature (for people who just want the talking part of the addon or don't want to get shitfaced while building!)
+ Added a console variable (stalker_vodka_notification_wait) which controls the delay to the next "DRINK YOUR VODKA!" notification
/\ Drinking vodka is now not possible when you have your physgun out (so you don't get hammered while you're trying to build and rotate props!)
/\ If your health is over your maximum health, drinking vodka won't bring it down to your maximum health (if you had 150HP and drank vodka, it'd reduce it down to your maximum, which is 100, now it doesn't do that anymore)
/\ Talk menu sounds are now precached

/\ Decreased required damage to play higher pain sounds
/\ Drinking vodka now emits drinking sounds globally
/\ Fixed angry screams being played after spawning after getting killed

+ Now when you take damage there is a chance you will scream something angry at your attacker
+ Drinking vodka down to 0% will now throw a bottle in front of you as well as make you sing
+ Added more sounds to the angry profanity screams
/\ Drinking vodka now sets a talk/pain/etc delay of 1 second
/\ Did some stuff to the music so that it'll work a bit better
/\ Improved a certain sound
/\ Increased in-game volume on all sounds
/\ Fixed being able to drink vodka when dead (lol)
/\ Lowered Cheeki Breeki chance when drunk
/\ Amount of vodka you gain from attacking players/NPCs is now capped by remaining NPC health
