Another focus tree update this time, though it is still not complete. Yet it won't affect gameplay too much as most of the unfinished focuses are about annexation, demands etc. The update next week will be about the remaining focuses' effects. re

Didn't expect myself to update this quick. Added the start game buildings (civs mils). And the starting army and division templates.

Rather 'big' update this time. Also you can now turn off debug mode when playing the mod. Content of the next update is undecided, and would take some time.
