updated wide camos with a wider bumpmap;
added 2 tricolor patterns that resemble the NATO ones;
added 2 bolted armor textures;
added blank armor texture for single tone stuff;
added side skirts material to allow the use of a single plate instead of multiple ones.

Added 4 new patterns that resemble russian ones. Changed materials file paths so I don't lose my mind. Please reapply materials to your vehicles.
