- give whifflag to jab, dash attack, dtilt, nair, bair, dair and ustrong
- make dstrong not hit behind (not as in don't let them teleport)
- decrease the hitbox size on nspecial projectiles
- give upstrong more endlag
- give bair more endlag and landing lag
- don't let up-b spike on the way up
- lower the bkb and scaling on up-b
- nerf dash attack damage
- reduce the hitbox size on bair so that it can't hit in front
- increase hitpause on upair
- increase startup, endlag and landing lag on upair
- reduce jab 1 hitbox size
- reduce last two uair hitbox active frames by 1
- reduce fstrong1 active frames by 1
- reduce utilt1 active frames by 1
- reduce ftilt1 active frames by 1
- sometimes people will get sent inwards when doing upstrong and they'll be sent plummeting towards the ground before getting hit by upstrong 2. fix that.

Halo gain from Dspecial teleport extended by hitting opponent, the damage mutilplier is 50% weaker comparing to before, making it a sustain buff instead of burst buff.

-Remove projectiles on strongs.
-Fstrong- reduced kill power
-Dair- Increased landing lag because you can still do the infinite
-Dtilt- 2F slower
-Ftilt- 4F more endlag
-Fspec- 3F more startup, no clone when no Halo.

New Halo:
After teleport to marked target, gain short time damage buff
