- Replaced Fluorescent skin with a Litten skin, for Seggo

The rest of the changes were done by Sparx and Seggo. Huge thank you to them! Im washed as fuck. Here they are:

BAIR
- Knockback changed 8 + .2 > 7 + .35

DSTRONG
- Knockback changed 9 + .9 > 7 + 1.15
(Since this move has angle 50, I compared it to Kragg Dstrong outer hits which is also angle 50. This move now has the same knockback as that.)

FAIR
- Strong Hit Angle changed 45 > 361
- Strong Hit Knockback changed 9 + .6 > 7 + .85
(I decided to compare this one to Fors Bair since it has a similar strong hit & late hit thing going on. I made the knockback slightly lower than Fors Bair since its a little faster, Fors Bair is 8 + .9, and I also changed the angle to 361, not only to match Fors Bair but to make fair trains starting from the ground feel a little nicer)

FSTRONG
- Angle changed 45 > 361
- Knockback changed 9 + .95 > 8 + 1
(This move now completely matches Shovel Knight Fstrong in frame data)

FTILT
- Angle changed 45 > 40
- Knockback changed 7 + .7 > 6 + .6
(Did something different with this move. I thought this move would be pretty cool if it were made to be more similar to Maypul/Ori Ftilt, having a low angle so that on the ground that you can easily link into other grounded moves/tech chase. I felt this move felt a little lackluster otherwise but idk you don't have to do this one if you don't like it lol)

UAIR
- Knockback changed 7 + .8 > 8 + .8
(I think this is the only move where I raised the BKB lol, either way it should feel a little nicer now)

USTRONG
- Knockback changed 8 + 1 > 8 + 1.1
(iirc this was a change you said you meant to do anyway so weeeee)

UTILT
- Normal Hit Knockback changed 10? + .3 > 8 + .7
- Normal Hit damage 6 > 8
- Sweetspot Knockback changed 12??? + .6 > 8 + .95
- Sweetspot damage 8 > 10
- Late hit Knockback changed 8 + .3 > 6 + .5
(This one I wasn't 100% sure what to do with and it may need a bit of tweaking if this isn't what you had in mind, what really threw me off was how MASSIVE the BKB values were for the sweetspot and normal hits, making me lean more towards making them better at killing more than anything else. 8 + .7 is the knockback that Absa UTilt has, which was about as close of a reference as I got since most UTilts aren't that spectacular at killing off the top. I also touched up the damage cuz it seemed weirdly low for how much KB the moves have.)

- Fixed colours on hurt and ftilt sprites
- 15 frames lockout time on Ustrong to prevent grill blocking galaxies
- So it turns out "Health" is an inbuilt GLOBAL gamemaker variable and it was making every grill die at once. This is fixed.
- Cherry palette is more red
- New spaghetti code technology lets me change the colour of grill to the apron colour for some skins.
- Minty Fresh palette added to showcase that

= Fixed offsets on jab3 since removing whifflag
= Fixed hueshifting issues in Chef's sprites. This means that colours will be easier to make from now on.

- Added 20 frame cooldown on Fspecial when edge-cancelled

= Ustrong now sends grill upwards, even when grounded. The amount increases with charge.
+ Uspecial divekick acceleration increased. Max speed should be roughly the same.
= Added visual indicator for grill cooldown
- Grill cooldown increased from 3 to 7 seconds
= Added animation for grill despawn
- Grill is now destroyed when hit twice by opponents.
= Falling Grill now uses a collision_rectangle check instead of an instance_meeting. In other words, it uses a notme flag now.
= Fixed a hitpause bug which would cause multiple grills to spawn, ultimately blackholing and just ruining everything (which causes the below bug)
= Fixed a bug that caused grills to fly happily into the sunset together
= Grill no longer destroys transcendent projectiles (which causes the above bug)
= Moved grill cooldown to the back-end of the move
= AI now places grill

- fixed uspecial grill softlock
- turned on the "finished" tag. Whoops.
- Kirby copy ability added (the proper way ;))
- Grill no longer has a hitbox while rolling on the ground. Thank you to everybody who gave their opinions on this change. I'm glad we tried it. Any other heavily requested features in the future will likely also receive trial runs. Why not, right? Your creativity as Chef players is what defines you. Keep requesting.

This will likely be the last chef patch for a while, assuming no bugs need to be fixed. Thank you again. It's been emotional.

VERY TEMPORARY TRIAL CHANGE
- Grill has a hitbox when moving above 6 hsp grounded.
This is incredibly contested. Small patch I know, but this is really important to Chef going forward.
