-made the falling/dashing hitboxes on the box MUCH smaller

-parrying box now puts qbby into extended parry stun as opposed to normal parry stun
-base box cooldown increased (450 -> 550)
-made forward special box dash more noticeable and more delayed
-increased box ground friction (.5 -> .65)
-increased box air friction (.15 -> .17)
-fixed a bug where box would not bounce back after hitting someone post-foward special

-increased neutral special box spawn/destroy frame (10 -> 15)

-forward strong hitbox size reduced
-forward strong hitbox does not last as long
-forward strong now has a tipper, and the rest of the move is slightly weaker [the tipper has the old kb and kbs + some extra hitpause, while the base has less kbs]

-forward special now has a sound effect during startup
-increased forward special cooldown (10 -> 30)
-forward special cooldown now applies on the ground

-down air now caps your speed at a high value to prevent jumping too high with it
