Fixed issue where Hyakume were referenced in apprentice missions.
Since Hyakume only exist in champ this would result in 2-enemy room mashes, as the other two enemies that would spawn with the hyakume still spawn in without one.

Buffed new mash occurrence a bit. Last update overdid the reduction.

Adjusted new mash spawn rates slightly
Increased Nozuchi's health scaling slightly. Should have about 2 more hp on higher difficulties. (40>42 on Darkest)

Some big changes:
Prot on Nozuchi removed completely (20%-0%)
Disease transmission when attack chance increased by 1% at all difficulties (4%-9% > 5%-10%)
Prot on Ushi-Hei decreased by 5% on all difficulties (20%-30% > 15%-25%)

The Otoroshi (no gate), Nozuchi, and Ushi-Hei can now spawn in normal SI missions on all difficulties. The total number of possible mashes has just about quintupled (~250 > ~1250) in higher difficulties, although the new stuff mashes should spawn at about the same rate as the old ones.

Fixed issue where debuffs from "Western Sarira Pendant" were able to be cleansed.
