-Changed All Turrets to be repairable after death, since it got requested multiple times
-Removed Rigidbody component on all wreckages to stop them from preventing turret respawn (if allowed on the map)

-Fixed positioning on the twin linked lascannon and multilas, as those where causing massive performance issues when too close to map assets (sandbags) especially on maps like Island

-set mortar aiming on the light mortar to unrestricted, as locked mode was reported as a bug repeatedly

-slightly increased firing speed of both heavy bolter
-Increased allowd fire Range on the heavy mortar (was 100 by default)
-Reduced Partice count on Multilas Shots for potential performance improvement

-increased reload time on the light mortar from 2 to 3 seconds

-Increased the height of the Heavy Bolter, Lascannon and Autocannon to make shooting over barricades and sandbags easier
-Repositioned Bullet origin on the Heavy Bolter for the same reason
- Increase downward aiming angle for Heavy Bolter, Lascannon and Autocannon
-Repositioned aiming Camera on the Lascannon and Autocannon for better sight alignment on short-medium range.
-Added Flare and Gui Layers on Artillery Cameras, hopefully fixing the issue of aimin reticles being displayed as missing textures on Mac
