Fixed the Alarm Buzzers so they can turn on and off accordingly.

Added 2 more coilguns, coilgun periscope can be switched to alternate control between the three coilguns.

Added handheld weapons in a secure container, accessible only for captain and security officers.

Added safety measures for Quick Descent such as force open door button and motion detector.
