Active Camo will now activate after the mission briefing, when the squad enters concealment.
If you have several SPARKs on a mission, Active Camo will activate at the same time for all of them.

Speed Loader will no longer trigger on melee attacks.
Active Camo will no longer activate on missions where XCOM doesn't start concealed.

Fixed the bug that caused HE and HESH shots to not deal any damage when enemies were out of direct line of sight with the SPARK. Sorry it took so long. The bug didn't show up in my previous tests until somebody said the bug specifically happened with maximum distance shots.
