- Rebalanced various policies, some nerfed & some buffed
- Changed Eco-Quantity policy to 15% Prod. Eff. and 10% Forcelimit
- Buffed Imperial Ideas considerably, now with -10% Dev Cost attached to its ideaset
- Squashed several dozens of bugs
- Added several events to remove dynamic modifiers when equivalent ideas are not owned
- Added a tooltip for Spheres of Influence to better explain what it is and what you can do with it
- Fixed Muslim Idea Group not giving proper policies in some cases
- Fixed Imperial Guard Merc Company Infantry size error
- Fixed the process of dynamically changing idea groups. If you have completed Plutocratic Ideas and you become a monarchy, they are switched to Aristocratic Ideas (etc etc)
- Fixed Piracy & Confucian Ideas errors
- Nerfed Quantity Ideas' Manpower to 35% (used to be 50%)
