Fixed missing shields from Dwarf Lords on Oath Stone Bearers.

Fixed "Ground Stat Effect Groups" for the mounted units.
Added a dismounted version of Thorgrim Grudgebearer to custom battles. No plans for a campaign version, would be a good sub mod though, go make that!.
