v2.1 Monkey's Paw Fish

Happy(?) New Year! Been a while since I have done an update to the fish, but I was getting burned out on a few other projects, so to take my mind off that and for practice...

I have added Final Smash support! It allows Magikarp to kind of not really evolve into Gyarados, for the duration of the attack.

I have deliberated over this for a long time, because one of my design disciplines for this Magikarp is it can't evolve into Gyarados. It was part of the joke, but more importantly, even though I liked the idea in principle; to do it justice it'd probably require programming an EXP mechanic and doubling the number of assets at least, something I didn't feel capable of at the time of creation. Plus, Pokemon Evolution is permanent, so does he stay as Gyarados for the whole battle? Rest of the stock? Is it just a short powerful form change? I didn't want to wrestle with that, so I chose to not consider such a mechanic. For me, adding this final smash feels like a compromise position I am satisfied with.

v1.7 Just a bit of polish

Changed the colours on the walkcycle and walkturn, so hopefully the Pikachu and Gyarados skins will render properly. Also, changed the art on NSpecial to reduce the clipping.

v1.5 Lightening the scales

Upon hearing that the fish is 'almost unkillable' I decided to look again at the character's weight, now I know how I am supposed to scale characters. My knockback adjustment was back to front (I assumed incorrectly that smaller number = lighter character like in Smash), so a character I intended to be as light as Absa was as heavy as Kragg. Oops!

Weighting now rectified, and some. Magikarp now takes the same knockback as Ori.

Knockback_adjustment adjusted from 0.9 to 1.15.

Patch 1.2 - Lvl Down. Upon feedback, I am going to attempt the difficult process of game balancing.

Fair hitbox X axis moved from 25 to 10, and height reduced by 20.
Ftilt hitbox appears on window 3, rather than 2.
(rip shadow hitboxes)

Dair damage decreased from 4 to 2.
Dtilt damage decreased from 9 to 6.
Dstrong damage dcreased from 11 to 8.
Fair damage decreased from 8 to 4, and knockback scaling reduced to 0.75.
Ftilt damage decreased from 9 to 5.
Fstrong damage decreased from 10 to 8.
Jab damage decreased from 6 to 4.
Last hit of nair damage decreased from 5 to 3.
Uair damage decreased from 5 to 3.
Uspecial damage decreased from 11 to 7.

Added a Feebas colour palette. I know you wanted one.
