Overall fixes and improvements:
- tweaked motion sensors sensitivity (to prevent rapid door state changes when standing still)
- added door separating "eyeball" from command room
- fixed shuttle not charging when docked
- added door between engine room and reactor room
- added flood alarm in command room
- added extra duct blocks
- moved engine stairwell pump (was not able to drain all water)
- removed autofill from crafting cabinets (would sometimes spawn materials that explode when flooded)

Fixed idcard tags, added external toggle to front airlock's flooding mechanism.

Fixed front gun (was unplugged) and AI waypoints. Added diving cabinet near aft airlock and modified shell near front ballast tanks to give players more room inside them.
