"Owen has always had a tail what are you talking about" update

Forward Strong
- Reduced hitpause
- Removed extra camera shake
Forward Air
- Increased hitpause
- Added extra camera shake
Reason: fair deserves it more

Down Tilt
- Move now sends the user a little bit forward
Reason: I don't have an actual reason for this one

Down Strong
- Reduced knockback scaling and hitpause scaling
Reason: This move was killing WAY earlier than fstrong. It still does now but not as much

Physics
- Jump speed changed (11 > 9.5)
- Double jump speed changed (10 > 9)
- Shorthop speed changed (? > 5.5)
- Gravity speed changed (.65 > .5)
- Max air speed changed (7 > 6)
Reason: Gravity speed was way too high before, not even Kragg succumbs to gravity that fast.
Jump speed changes are there to compensate, they should cover the same height as before

Misc
- Made some weird looking animations less weird (dstrong, endlag of dattack2, airdodge, walljump)
- Added tail (Owen has one I just never added it)
- Down special shoe now makes a sound whenever it lands instead of when it spawns
- ACTUAL HURTBOXES (does not include crowbar and tail)
- Added Mt. Dedede stage compatibility

Neutral Special
- Reverted damage buff (2% > 1%)
Reason: Buffing nspecial was a mistake, I beat a level 9 cpu with nothing but neutral special and strongs

I couldn't stay away

Forward Special
- Can now launch Dspecial forwards
Reason: This is something I wanted to do since the start but couldn't figure out how to code it

Neutral Special
- Damage increase (1% > 2%)
- Removed no ammo icon
Reason: You have to get close to get shots in with no hitstun to protect you, upping the damage would make taking this risk more worth it.
The ammo icon seemed pretty worthless, but let me know if it isn't

Misc
- Made Abyss Rune E "better"
Reason: it's funnier this way

Last patch today (and hopefully for a while, unless something comes up)

Up Air
- Timings changed again
- Total damage increase (5% > 7%)
- First hitbox size increased
- Set knockback
Reason: I think I went a bit overboard trying to make this move worth using. If it's too much, let me know.

Reason: it looks cooler now ok

New and improved changelog, now with REASONS (as flimsy as they may be)

Forward Strong
- Startup decreased (25 > 17)
- Base knockback (8 > 7)
- Knockback scaling (0.9 > 0.85)
Reason: too slow for no real reason

Neutral Air
- No longer lingers or has a lingering hitbox
- Has endlag now
- Can no longer cancel halfway through the move with jump or shield
Reason: approaching with nair felt cheap

Back Air
- Tweaked animation
Reason: The transition back to air idle looked weird

Up Air
- Tweaked animation
Reason: Now you can visually see how big the second hitbox is

Forward Tilt
- Hitbox width (64 > 84)
- Less startup
Reason: inverse disjoint for a move that should be hitting far forward, also too slow for no reason

Physics
- knockback adj increased from 1.1 to 1.2
Reason: High air speed can make Owen hard to hit, landing hits should be more rewarding.
This may be a bit drastic though, so let me know if you think it is in the comments or something

Neutral Special
- Removed hud ammo bar
- Added hud element and sfx that appears when your clip is empty
Reason: Adding a clip size was just a countermeasure to spamming, there's no reason it should take up that much space in the hud, also you can view ammo while using nspecial anyway.

Misc
- Abyss Rune N no longer terrible
Reason: Nspecial fired too slow, and also it's Abyss Runes who cares about balance
