- fstrong tweaked animation, added a sfx and vfx
- dair hit is now overlapped with sfx_blow_heavy2 (the sandbert spike sound), uses a different vfx
- dstrong has more hitpause scaling (.7 > .8), sfx changed

- boot converts moves with a x1 hitstun multiplier to x0.6
- charged strongs no longer make boot stronger (this was kinda silly)

- dstrong hitpause changed (8 + 1.5 > 9 + 0.7), second hitbox slightly larger, angle changed (361 > 45)
- hitting the boot with dstrong is no longer a "custom" interaction
- on hit, uspecial doesn't go into pratfall (you can't uspecial again until landing/walljump)
- fstrong damage increase (10 > 11)

visual
- slight animation tweaks to uair, dash, dspecial, utilt
- Gnome Chompski resprite
- dtilt swing sounds different
- munophone tips should be easier to read now

misc
- walljumping out of fspecial happens slightly later
- boot knockback adjusted (base knockback moves the boot now, accurate angles)
- boot now ignores 0 knockback moves

uspecial on hit is particularly big, open to feedback as always
