Fixed a bug where Grom's campaign uniform wouldn't switch when he had the "'Is Own Two Legz" ancillary equipped. This would've looked like spaghetti when fighting a campaign battle.

Reduced dismounted Grom's speed. He's as fast (slow) as Skarsnik now.
