-reverted neutral air finisher angle back to the 50 degree angle from the previous patch
-lowered base knockback on the final hit of neutral air (9 -> 8)
-increased knockback scaling on final hit of neutral air (.35 -> .45)
-added a .8x hitstun multiplier to the final hit of neutral air
