- Target move_time is now move_vel - it is the velocity of the target
- Target pathing now uses absolute world coordinates instead of relative
- Targets now path correctly to points and no longer drift over time
- Fixed misc errors with the previous patch.

The changes have been reflected in the guide.

- Fixed a bug where data wasn't being prioritized right when two workshop characters were selected
- Changed how course selection works: You do the course of the latest player slot always. To do your character's course, you need to select them in a later player slot.
