Imperium level updated to 8,11 which should be the Goldilocks zone for this mod.

Edit: After extensive testing, Imperium level 8 and 11 work amazing.

Updated the Imperium level to 8,10 from 8,9 as the late invasion spawned on turn 99 with 40 settlements. Raising the Imperium level will put the Late invasion off a little further until your empire has more than 40 settlements.

Also raised the number of armies spawned during the Late invasion by 2 per difficulty.

Updated the Imperium level to 8,9 from 7,8 as it was still triggering too soon. Raising the Imperium level will put the invasion off a little further until your empire has over 30 settlements or until turn 95 when it is supposed to happen.

Raised Imperium level to trigger invasion to 7,8 from 6,7.

The Invasion triggered for me on turn 64, which is too soon. I had 12 provinces and 21 settlements. So I raised the Imperium level to allow more expansion before the invasion triggers.
