On speaking to RustyDios he made the AmmoLockout of the class a config toggle.

This is now set to FALSE on Empowered Alchemist, so you can equip ammo to use IF you use a pistol secondary. NOTE: Chemthrowers by design DO NOT benefit from Ammo, this is what Canisters are for.

Added Pistol to Secondary Weapon slot options to give the Alchemist an option of a weapon that is single target at range.

In an effort to improve consistency with original mod AND proficiency classes:

Moved Roaring Flames back to GTS.

Moved Chemical Deflector to Cpl. in the Khemian Tree.
Added Chemical Deflector Squad to second TC pool.

Existing Soldiers will be unaffected unless you rebuild them using console commands.
