Balance changes:
- Uspecial number of multihits increased (+2)
- Uspecial multihits use command grab code to keep opponents in multihits.
- Uspecial launcher angle increased: 50 -> 70
- Uspecial launcher bkb increased: 9 -> 10
- Uspecial launcher angle flipper changed: 4 -> 0
- Fspecial gains extra cooldown if projectile is parried.
- Cubes have a 60f cooldown before they can be spawned again after being destroyed.
- Fstrong sourspot removed.

Balance changes:
- Cube Dthrow now has set vsp boost
- Cube Dthrow vsp boost increased: 5 -> 7
- Fair has been resprited to have slightly more range (hurtbox adjusted accordingly)
- Small cube explosion kbg increased: 0.6 -> 0.7
- Fspecial cube explosion kbg increased: 0.8 -> 0.9
- Uspecial multihits knockback adjusted to connect better into launcher
- Resprited Jab, jab 1 and 2 hitbox sizes increased to fit animation (hurtbox adjusted accordingly)
- Jab 3 completely reworked, now is a multihit launcher
- Dspecial halts momentum at the start of the move
- Dspecial absorb cubes always converts them into primed explosive cubes
- Dspecial absorb cube can be b-reversed

Bug fixes:
- You can no longer walljump when holding a cube

- Ftilt added extra_hitpause (8f)
- Ftilt angle increased: 65 -> 75
- Ftilt triggered cube explosion no longer harms Wall-E.

- Uair early hit kbg increased: 0.4 -> 0.6

- Cubes can be launched while grounded, will travel less distance than aerial cubes. Will be destroyed upon touching the ground.
- Cube hitbox base launch angle changed: 361 -> 45
- Cube hitbox added angles for pure vertical movement: 90 (upwards), 270 (downwards)
- Throwing a cube refreshes your airdodge

- Dspecial startup decreased (-2f)
- Dspecial endlag decreased (-2f)
- Dspecial absorbed animation plays faster
- Dspecial can absorb cubes, will immediately spit them out at a high velocity.

- Fstrong sweetspot hitbox size increased.
- Fstrong sourspot kbg increased: 0.6 -> 0.8
- Fstrong startup decreased (-4f)

- Dstrong body sourspot hitbox size decreased

- Parrying Eve triggered cube explosion puts Wall-E into parrystun
- Parrying Eve ion shot reflects instead of putting into parrystun

Bug fixes:
- Parried cubes that hit Wall-E launch correctly.
- Cube ownership should work properly now.

Other:
- Changed respawn plat

Dattack
- hsp boost increased: 10 -> 11
- vsp boost decreased: 4.5 -> 2
- gravity decreased: 1.1 -> 0.7
- endlag increased: +4f
- late hitbox lifetime decreased: 12 -> 6
- early hit kbg decreased: 0.7 -> 0.5
- early his angle increased: 60 -> 65
- can be jump canceled on hit

Utilt
- kbg decreased: 0.5 -> 0.3
- angle increased: 80 -> 90

Dtilt
- Now is a 2 part move, first part moves Wall-E forwards, second part performs old Dtilt.
- Press attack after first part of move to perform second part of move.
- Can be tilt canceled on hit (except into another dtilt)
- Second part hitbox size increased, removed upwards-launching hitbox (only spike hitbox)

Fstrong
- sourspot bkb increased: 8 -> 9
- sourspot kbg increased: 0.4 -> 0.6

Dstrong
- sweetspot kbg increased: 1.0 -> 1.1

Ustrong
- sourspot kbg increased: 0.7 -> 0.9

Nspecial
- cube pickup time decreased: -2f

Other:
- Rune H changed to accomodate for Dattack changes.
- Added sfx to Fspecial startup and disabling.
- Added sfx to Dattack when landing during the move
- Dattack animation improved.

Balance changes:
- Dstrong added 2 new sourpot hitboxes on the arms.

Bug fixes:
- Dspecial correctly interacts with projectiles that can't be absorbed
- Cubes should no longer hit players right after being hit by a hitbox from that player (still doesn't work 100% for non-disjoints).

Other:
- You can no longer taunt while holding a cube.

Bug fixes:
- Fixed bug where fspecial spawned inside of a grounded cube sometimes didn't cause an explosion.
- Dspecial absorber now ends correctly if special is not held down.
- Solid cubes that fall off edges correctly turn into aerial projectile cubes.
