Movement speed upgrade does not get cleared after death,and now you should not feel frustrated due to the extremely slow moving speed after resurrection( which in fact is 1.1 times of Wilson speed).

You lose a little bit of every upgrades after death.

I rewrote most of the old code relating to save/load/upgrade, so there could be some compatibility problems when you resume your old world.
