Added a respawn command in case this doesn't work

Moved the bow in the first level of "Superweapon" closer to the start
Improved arrow drawing, should now be a lot easier
Made bow freeze shortly when respawning to stop it getting stuck in the floor

Removed the distillery map extension
Destroyed held bow before entering distillery map
Ensured backback gets re-enabled when bow is respawned
Made knocking arrows easier by rotating the bow towards the arrow when close

Fixed an issue where arrows would stop colliding with bow after un-nocking
Arrows now collide with static geometry after loading saves or into a new level
Stopped the bow from breaking if loading a save before the player picks it up
Increased damage against antlion workers (the spitting ones) - they have a tonne of health
Limited the number of arrows that can be stuck in the same ragdoll at once to stop them from breakdancing

Removed some collision on the bow that was making nocking arrows tricky and getting the bow stuck in walls
Created highlights to better indicate where arrows should be placed
Made arrow nock threshold increase if arrow is moving quickly
Added a short tutorial for when the bow is first used
