NEW MFG, Printer, Server Rental Building with Parking and three Cargo Bays.
Once you lease You will need to Place MFG Printers, Assemblers, Recycler, and Conveyor Splitter.
Please review the MFG layout Image to place the units in the area currently occupied by rugs...

There are only two printers in the basement layout so you can place as many as the room provides...
