-Turned off ANOTHER debug thing I did on the TFAR Signals Module that I forgot about... maybe I should just add an actual debug option to the module sometime.

I've ran a mission with 40 players using this module, where 6 BLUFOR players were receiving signals from 34 INDFOR players for ~3 hours. From what was seen there's no issues, functionality or performance wise.

-Can now add signals to UAVs mid mission.
-Added Class Signals module
-Added TFAR Signals module
-Disable Signal Hold Action is now removed for all players rather than just the one that did it.
