Menu persists when releasing reload/attachment button(click anywhere, select an entry, reload/attachment key or close button will hide menu).
- Change made to allow more compatability with mods that add entries to the players Multiuse(Radial) menu.

Fix for crashing when mounted.

-Controllers can now access the Ammo Radial menu(hold reload) but not the radial menu for attachments.
-Show radial menu time increased from 0.1s to 0.25s

-Added a config for disabling ammo double tap:
[FastAmmoChanger]
DisableQuickAmmoChange=False

-Fixed some handling of remapped ammo types
-Fixed double entries on reconnect in radial menu
