Fixed issue of shark in tower getting deleted after eating you if you grab the key at the same time.
Other small fixes and tweaks for tower.

Minor update to address a few things from the "Tower update".

Removed/adjusted the positions of a few Health Nons.
Couple minor Tower of the Gods things.
Couple tweaks in Pumpkin Factory.
Attempted to fix issue in final boss where homing attacking him would sometimes just harmlessly bounces off him. From my testing, it didn't happen, but if it does, let me know!
Fix for the positions of a few hands that spawn during the final boss.
Getting stringed now means getting skewered.
