New Options For Equal Area Earth:
-Expand Scotland: Add extra land tiles for Scottish TSL
-Added an alternate TSL for Scotland when England is on the map so they can spawn (on the Isles north of Scotland)
-This alternate TSL is compatible with the Expand Scotland option and works better with it enabled; otherwise Scotland will start on a one plot island
-Adjusted the Real Map Labels option when Expand Scotland is activated

Hot Springs Hotfix Update:
-Added more geothermal fissures to the map
-Added the Qinling Mountains and Qinqhai Lake to China
-Added the Faeroe and Orkney Islands
-Suez is now one tile normally
-Floodplains now require a minumum of 3 tiles to generate; gives better results and less small floodplains that block resource generation

New Options:
-Extra Lakes
-Extra Geothermal Fissures (Gathering Storm only)
-Alternate TSL - Scythia in Central Asia
-Alternate TSL - Phoenicia at Tyre

Fixes:
-Removed the "Close the North Sea" option, was causing issues with map labels
-Removed the "Suez Canal" option, it is now always one tile wide
-Fixed overlapping floodplain generation
-Fixed some Real Map Labels around England and the North Sea

Real Map Labels Update:
-Added the option to use Real Map Labels to the advanced setup menu when starting a new game
-Map labels for Oceans, Seas, Lakes, Mountains and Deserts are changed to their real names. Does not affect the tooltip label.
-Moved some labels for better visibility (English language labels only)
