Update Version 1.0.1
-Added a description to the advanced setup menu when selecting the map
-Two new options in the advanced setup menu when starting a game

New Features:
-Ottomans Alternate TSL in Anatolia: Replace the Ottoman alternate TSL with Hattusa TSL when Byzantines are present
-Close the North Sea: Creates a land bridge between Denmark and Scandinavia. This will open a settlement location based on the default TSL
