The big one! 'Use legacy by default' option implemented, automatic savegame detection and tagging, replace legacy HandleCrime code with Harmony transpiler, deprecate legacy EnsureCitizenUnits patch and use game method via Harmony reverse redirect instead, move population overrides into new data format, add Harmony error detection and notification, overhaul mod conflict detection and notification, overhaul logging, many code cleanups and UI tweaks, now only write to legacy file if explicitly editing legacy values
